  Yes the murdering of the English language has always bugged me.

  One elder referred to Alexander the great having his soldiers in a parallax, (optical term) he meant phalanx.

  another referred the Peter outside warming himself by a brassiere (a bra) when he meant brazier.

  when meetings had a break between talk and wt the elder said "we will now have a 5 minute intercourse"...not one sister moved!

  These are a result of ill educated giving voice to their ill education. Project this level of ignorance accross the jw experience and it is no wonder there are some fairly horrid experiences reported here..

  This was one of the first cracks in the edifice for me. The daily text instead of being a nice, truly kind up-building thing to start your day was (in my mind) some old looney yelling at me as I had my breakfast.

  did you know that noah entered the ark in the end part of november and also that jesus' followers flead jerusalem around 25th of november 66ce?.

  could it be that a significant group of jehovah's witnesses would begin to flee to the "wilderness" in the end of november?

  revelation 12 speaks about a flight of a symbolic woman to a wilderness.

  they had a presence on the net in the 1990s, using various forums.

  In my earlier days I was disturbed on hearing that the gb never got all the anointed together to discuss 'stuff'.

  Whether they we to tight to pay the air fares or were too scared of being shown up in some way is any-ones guess.

  i'm glad to be out of the workforce.. never thought it would come to this in a supposed democratic society.. no wonder protests and law suits are increasing in intensity.

  1. The riot occurred because construction sites were closed and the workers were then with no income.
  2. So the workers held a demo.
  3. Many 'others' joined in and the demo went out of control it was even steered toward the offices of the construction unions, ? any event of potential public disorder will attract those with an axe to grind.**

  6. Yes the fed govt (Liberal Party, ie up with the big end of town) want borders opened and thankfully the WA Premier (Labor party) has told them to sod off.

  incidentally I have worked in Aged care (!) and they suffer from almost non ventilation so its my guess why buggs get loose.
