  When GB Members Travel...Do They Stay With Members?

  The whole "slave class" is total bullshit. This is another perception that we once believed in, and active JW's still believe. In fact, as is the case with just about every teaching of the watchtower. It is in fact the opposite. The lower you are in the ranks, the more you are a slave. Although we were led to believe that the higher you are in the org, the more you are a slave.

  You will never see a member of the GB in coach class on a plane, nor will you ever see any of them "bunking" at a JW's dwellings.

  Although, I think the CO still bunks at a JW's dwelling. However, in order to have the "privilege" of this, one has to be of a high spiritual standing. There is nothing, and I mean nothing that proves this organisation are footstep followers of Jesus's.

  other posts have mentioned the similarities between jws and n. korea with regards to uniformity of dress and grooming, backlash for criticism and being hard to escape.

  just thought i'd add a couple more, thanks to quotes from david mikkelson and john delury, a n. korea analyst at yonsei university in seoul, s. korea:.

  Perhaps this should be titled: similarities to our perception of North Korea. We only get to hear of North Korea though our mainstream media outlets. You know, the same ones who have lied repeatedly regarding the condition of Hilery Clinton. The same msm that reported that Russia had been banned from the Olympics for "state sponsored doping," yet, in the last few days, there have been leaked reports proving such people as the Williams sisters (incidentally professed JW's) and other western athletes have been taking drugs. Oh but this is met with anger by the msm!

  Sorry, but I choose not to believe anything that our western mainstream media says, as most of it amounts to propagandist fluff!

  Hahaha that made my Tuesday morning. It would sound even better if this was in a KH.

  Actually, I think the GB should capitalise on this craze, instead of Pokamon creatures, why not have demons. The more demons you destroy, the better your chance of making it to the kingdoom.

  The rules are simple, you need to be on field service at the time, and you can count time whilst Hunting those householders down, all the while battling those horrible demons that are waiting around every corner to spoil your day.

  Circuit ASSembly low-lites

  so in an effort to relieve some pressure here are what i term the low-lites of yesterday's assembly that i had to endure for the sake of family still in and my progressing fade.

  apologies in advance for being pretty long winded.. these may not all be the actual words used, but the ones i use are close, and they pretty well say what was said from the platform.. right off the bat in the opening prayer the praises of the governing body were spoken.

  JW elder on the street I live in.

  so just the other day i happened to look out my window to see the cobe and the elder who studied with me on the doors.

  it got me thinking.. i remember one day, during my study that he said he loved me.

  although he meant this as a "brother" it actually sent me into, what i can only describe as shock and alarm!

  So just the other day I happened to look out my window to see the COBE and the elder who studied with me on the doors. It got me thinking.

  I remember one day, during my study that he said he loved me. Although he meant this as a "brother" it actually sent me into, what I can only describe as shock and alarm! So now I am out and he is still in going around preaching "the life saving work."

  If this work is so urgent, and he truly did love me, wouldn't this elder be practically knocking my door down to get me to turn around?
  

  Just a thought.

  i absolutely cannot believe how quickly he became a jehovah's witness.

  in the span of less than a year, he attended his first meeting, studied, got baptized, became a pioneer, and married a jw girl.

  Pale emperor. The first picture looks like the girl on the right is taking a selfie haha. Obviously when this picture was created there was no such thing as the selfie, nor was there a sniff of a mobile phone. But hey ho. Still looks like there is a Tony Blair - esk selfie going on here
