I always marveled at how Jehovah's Witnesses put so much importance on attending the Memorial of Christ's Death. They treat it like it is the most Holy of Holy Holidays. Then, they attend and participate in this ritual which mocks the Eucharist by refusing to drink the wine and eat the bread.

You reminded me of an excellent point. When I was still a Witness I loved to dash Paradise dreams of my fellow Witnesses. They would say something like,"I can't wait until we are living in the New World. I am going to build a beautiful house in Hawaii and eat pineapples all day long."
I would reply, "That's not what you will be doing. You will be sent wherever you are told to go. You will work all day long restoring the Earth and preaching to resurrected ones. You will probably end up in the North Pole with no running water, electricity, or plumbing for the first 1,000 years." You should have seen the jaws drop.

It's pretty mind blowing. It all makes sense. However, I have to ask the question - why? Why create a religion based on Judaism that is nothing more than an allegory of Egyptian astrology.
It's also ironic. A Canaanite tribe is held captive by the Egyptians, released only to be captured by the Persians, only to be released and captured by the Romans. Every time this tribe is recaptured they reinvent their religion, which is all based on their original capture's (Egyptians) religion.

You bring up a great point by asking "Why drop out the day before Super Tuesday?" I do think it is the Democratic National Party shaking in their boots over Sanders popularity. It is a total report of 2016, only this time Biden plays the role of Clinton.
The Democratic Party does not want Sanders to win the required delegates to secure his name on the November General Election ballot. Everyone dropping out so far has thrown their support to Biden.

Watchtower is, has, and will always be a business. Businesses speak in business language. It doesn't surprise me in the least the would write about "finances" in their panda paradise.
I really wish Witnesses would stop in think (in general) about what their "paradise" experience is going to be like. You think your life is restricted now? Just wait until the Watchtower is in charge of the whole planet...for eternity! How does spending your first 1,000 years of eternity breaking rocks (tearing down all the concrete structures of the "old world") and going out in field service to convert the millions of resurrected ones? Everlasting non-existence is sounding better and better every day.
