  Does everyone here know they are on record with JW's forever?

  richard ashe a full-time special servant of the order of jehovah's witnesses testified in the lopez case that every single disfellowshipping and disassociation and other things have all been scanned in 2011 and are and will be on permanent record with jw's forever.

  is this legal?

  another completely ironic and warped thing is the disfellowshipping form is called the s77 form.

  The congregation you last attended is supposed to keep your card and the CO looks at them.

  The last congregation I attended was Brooklyn Heights at HQ. I doubt they thought enough of me to know who I was - I think you can forget a paper trail. It was hard to even make eye contact with those people. That was the strangest congregation - ever.

  Do they track faders? And if they do - I am not sure what effect it has on me or any other fader. In regards to keeping a file, they have too high a regard for their tracking system.

  Unless they team up with Homeland Security, having a name means nothing. Just type in your personal name into Google and you will see how meaningless having a name is.

  Lawyers are look at pending cases from the perspective of a rainmaker. I understand and respect their strategy of focusing on what are manageable cases. It is their money and resources and it is not an altruistic endeavor - It is all about the money. I say that with respect an honor.

  God bless their efforts, may their efforts open the floodgates so that all the cases get a fair hearing.

  So, let me get this straight. These two kids have to sit through a 2 hour meeting on a school night, and then go home and listen to their parents berate them for not paying attention. When do they go to bed? How could they possibly be ready for school the next day?

  it's come time for me to leave.

  i honestly feel at this point continuing to visit this site and others like it is starting to hinder me from moving on by keeping all the feelings of pain, resentment, regret, etc fresh.. i haven't posted a lot since i have been on here but to those of you that replied when i did, i appreciate it very much.

  you helped me through a very rough time that is affecting me to this day.

  If I had a dime for every time I left this board, I would have enough money to pay for lunch - as long as I go to a mid-priced café and don't order wine.

  I am where I believe I should be.

  In this discussion board, I have talked about the fact that even as an elder I continued my education. I completed a doctorate in accounting and obtained a CPA license. I am currently on track to be a tenured professor at a state university. If I was not a witness I hope that my end point would be the same. The difference is that I should long be a tenured professor as opposed to an assistant professor. The fact is - I lost 20 career years because of this stupid religion (hey, I was born in so don't blame me). 

  My recourse is to figure out a way to live 20 years longer than my natural live.  So, I will be teaching your grandchildren about debits and credits.
