there is a surge going on of people buying guns, especially first time buyers.

with talk of police defunding and rioting in the neighborhoods, some people want to protect themselves.. do you support owning and using a gun if needed?.

After the recent “protests”, I have witnessed first hand the raw deterrent power of an armed populace. When threats were issued, all it took was the display of weaponry combined with a credible claim they could be used and the looters went the other way.

Makes sense.

They always made a distinction between “Caesar's” things and “God’s” things. They have never had a problem with obeying Caesar, as long as it doesn’t cross that subjective line. And that have always been in control of that line. And it isn’t always consistent.
