thanks again for the comments on the ipad in kh rules.
on a similar vein, i've been thinking of all the books i can leave behind once our kh blesses the ipad phenomenon.
in the meantime, this is what i have to lug in and why:.
zilch, went in the bin after i found it had gone mouldy inside for lack of use
i don't believe the bible is inerrant nor do i hold a 'christian worldview' any longer as my profile details say (which i am unable to update on my profile), but i just can't see how anyone can be absolutely 100% confident there is nothing out there we can call a 'god' or spirit creature in the face of endless first-hand accounts of paranormal and occult experiences that felt as 'real' to the person who experienced them as anything else in their lives.. there are untold reports of ghosts, faith-healing, ouija boards, seances, spirit mediums, stigmata, mystical born-again experiences, speaking in tongues, and then there's hypnotism, ufo sightings, poltergeists, remote viewing, etc, etc.
ok, so its mostly only anecdotal evidence, but the amount of it is so overwhelming it is practically corroborating evidence.
in the face of all this, how can anyone categorically assert that there is nothing out there that is beyond ourselves that we might call a 'god' or spirit creature?
this threads going to shit......just like the old "who has the last word thread" LOL
that was in reply to BPs comment LOL
OK now back on topic, I started a thread on this subject and what i experienced at my place of employment at the time & nothing has changed in how I feel/view the matter.

i won't say anything more
what do you do for fun?
i like r/c planes.
i have friends who collect everything from hot wheels to comics to coins.
i collect diecast model airliners
and it seems i'm collecting fleas again.........f....g cat
i am a born again christian, not a jehovah's witness.
i have had many experiences with god, hearing god's voice, seeing minor miracles, have seen a woman healed instantly through prayer in jesus name.
what is your view on the miraculous.
it was a miracle, god saved my life from that evil cancer, 30 years later the miracle is still working
and i never uttered a single word in prayer to the invisible one
my father passed around 9 this morning.
he'd been in poor health for some time, but it still comes as a shock to have him gone.
we are going to miss him terribly.
Jeff, my condolances, your dad was one of the true heroes of our age
i certainly am , providing their are strong arguments that the perpretrator of the crime is guilty beyond any reasonable doubt of the crime he/she is charged with .. i am not religous ,however i do agree with a life for a life principle ,especially if it involves multiple victims.
somebody killing x amount of people, proven of course , have no right to live.
of course with murders of one victim their can be many scenarios which the courts of law can adjudicate for whatever an outcome.
why should society have to pay 100s of thousands and even into the millions of $ to keep some arsholes in prison for life?
have the phone screen dull, dirty, worn with scratches?
no problem, use some toothpaste and rub with a cloth and let her new.
it also serves to improve the headlights of the vehicle,https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gyvucplsrfa.
UUUUUM NO
Don't use toothpaste to clean any glass surface................Who will pay to replace the screen for you?

yes, especially and maybe only where rape/murder of children/babies are involved
i found taking the traveling overseers out for a meal, to be a waste of time.
our literature regulary spoke of the upbuilding talk the local congregations received by entertaining our brothers.
now some of the modern cos look at their telecommunication devices, talk of things not related to our ministry or phone it in.
My family did once, The CO was an East German bro and had some realy interesting stories to tell about life in EG, from what I remember Guntha was a great guy, seemed to have a great way with the young ones.
Later on during the 80s I was living with an Aunt & Uncle (elder) in Auckland, and once they had a CO for lunch after the sunday meeting, the CO was a maori, I had never realised before how racist my family was, my family normally got on with most plp (I thought) now I saw how uncomfortable they were having a maori in their house, the CO tried really hard to befriend them, shit it was embarrassing.
