people who engage in violence/war are foolish, and they knoweth nothing, cause if they knoweth anything they would'nt fight.
when people go to war, they is not killing their enemies, they are only killing more & more of god's children, for the simply fact that we all is god's children...millions fight over lands, but as i mention before this life is not suppose what it's suppose to be, visions of the earthly paradise that was plan from the beginning was jehovah plan, in reality, all of mankind is suppose to enjoy each other visits, from one part of the earth, to other.. why you be so ignorant of the visions of the armageddon messiah?

the WTBS can only survive the information age by supressing the access to information. with internet now in almost everybodies house information can not be controlled anymore. heck, even at primary school children are introduced to the net and see that it is not a pit of doom. i think they can only survive if they turn into amish like folks that simply shun the outside world and live seperate of it. aint see that happening. long live free access!!

yesterday an announcement was made at my local con.
and i thought i`d share it.. the watchtower announced that work on the new cd-rom is in progress and we can expect it at the end of this year.. unlike the other versions you can`t get away with win 3.1, you`ll now need at least win95.. available languages: the one already available + tjech and japanese.. some of it`s features:.
- one window (instead of several).
the material is the same as the bound volumes. books only have the latest version (often changed). the index is also -as far as I could judge- the same as the printed versions. even the word search is corrupt some words give surprisingly few hits...

well today was the day of yet another special talk.
you know the ones where everyone in the world is supposed to get the same one.. anyway, i noticed very little special about this talk which was about keeping jehovahs fearsome day close at hand or something like that.. it was the standard doom and gloom but arent we lucky we have a hope kind of talk and was nothing new except for one thing.
there was no mention about the generation passing away.

in fact i've heard lots of dodgey stories about them including them being a money grabbing, brain washing cult.. just wondered how wide spread they are though.

latest news I heard about them was that they send their lawyers out to threaten Google.com they were not happy about xenu.net turning up when entering scientology. Google did remove xenu.net from the links but only for one day as there was a huge public outrage about their actions. freedom of speech eh?
