Unless you were there at the beginning of time, how could anyone actually have their facts straight? Agnostic simply stated is just an open mind. Better than being brainwashed, better than assuming a totally athiest viewpoint. When you find reality you will be fully able to accept it!

i think that is kind of agnostic thinking .
as i grow older and develop more perspective on life it seems that an agnostic view is really just an honest view no dogma no preconcieved ideas just observations.

I told my JW friend about Rand Cam and even showed the certification of ownership, AND HE SAID IT IS NOT THEM AND IS SOMEONE ELSE THAT OWNES THE SHARES(a different bunch). I believe he is lying and doesn't have the strength to admit it. I said the name is copyright and cannot possibly be duplicated."well it is" he said.

What kills your diet is-soft drinks, donuts, etc. I did some weight lifting for about 6 months(you have to feel your body to heat up)-the burn. Increase your water intake. I consume some orange juice, but not too much. And yes- lots of water to make you feel full.
Most of all , just burn more than you ingest. Maintain regularity as well. I walk about 3 km 3 times a week. 6 months later, down 20 pounds. I need about 5 more. But it's a constant struggle to just say no to all that yummy junk food! Good luck!

by dobbie inhi well following on from my previous post about probs with sis and bro in law and how they haven't spoken for ages,hubs wentround today to have it out and say do they want to know me or not (i am d'ad but she has contact with her d'ad family) and she now says she does as we're family and that i've been ignoring her!

) anyway she has agredd for us all to meet and discuss what sort of part we will have if any in each others lives, because our two boys are the same age and in the same class and we don't want them to suffer.

It's interesting that there is websites for single Americans to marry a Canadian, because they cannot afford their meds. I believe marryacanadian.com is one of them. Understand that it's easy for younger, healthy people to bitch about this system, but watch your savings disappear to ZERO when the doc mentions the c word, or something equally awful. If Belinda has the money to jump the queue, then good on her! But average wage earners simply do not.
As for going into a hospital for medical help, if you, as joe average does not have insurance, just how much is it to repair say a broken arm? Most european countries, and Canada. Zip. How much in the "for profit" system there? Be honest, no bs please.

Ask any average American if they have health care coverage at all. Every one of us does. So it's a bit slow, but it's affordable to even the poorest, and it's really not about taxes, it's about taking care of ourselves.
I saw Sicko, and it's an eye opener. If you are happy about your health care, then good on you.
