What Are the Top JW Issues That Just Burn Your Buns the Most?

which ones make you the maddest?

covering up of abuse, shunning, failed end of world predictions?.

my list is long and heavy, but the top 3 that set me off the most are:.

So many thing it's hard to list them all, but in approximate order here's my top 10 list.

1. Horrific Child Abuse policies and cover up and the damage this causes destroying lives.

2. Shunning policies and effect on mental health of active & inactive members - how it steals away their authentic , compassionate normal human personalities.

3. The " no blood transfusion " policies - how they were switched into allowing blood fractions if someone's conscience allows- yet not one WT Society leader will ever be indicted for murder in the thousands of Jehovah's Witnesses - minor children or adults - who died from such criminal policies.

4. The dishonest clamoring for financial support from rank & file JW's - especially older long time JW's who have been scammed out of inheritances, life insurance policies, sales of homes, possessions, jewelry, automobiles - all donated for " kingdom interests " which is just bullshit. It's for the financial benefit of WT leaders. And to pay child abuse lawsuits.

5. Also the dishonest abusing of free labor in building kingdom halls, assembly halls, or poverty level Bethel jobs - then spitting out such workers back into the " real world " with nowhere to go with any real paying job experience.

6. The dishonest takeover of kingdom halls- once again done by free labor and donated funds from rank & file JW members- then the WT Society takes over the titles at the kingdom halls.

7. The dissing and putting down of higher education in colleges which limits the ability of JW's to earn a living in the real world and also limits their mental ability to not be able to think critically. So it causes JW's to have a VERY limited real world view in which they are prey for unscrupulous abuse by mind control cults LIKE the WT Society and Scientology and others.

8. The " overlapping generation " theory. It just frosts my balls. Cults and religions for CENTURIES have been promising the alleged " end of the world "- it never happens. It's a marketing ploy or tool that religions AND mind control cults use in order to keep members living in fear and guilt- needlessly so - and these people live in paranoia and fear freezing their minds from ever pursuing really useful things in the real world !

9. Allowing a DIFFERENT set of rules to benefit long time elders- yet rank & file JW's get treated much more harshly if they don't have a " position " within the WT organization. The hypocrisy of allowing elders to once again be appointed as elders even if they " sinned " many years previously- yet a rank & file JW will be held accountable for those same " sins " and pay heavier penalties of disfellowshipping - yet elders get away scot free with no punishment. According to the WT elders manual.

10. The WT Society accusing ANY negative information about their organization in the news media or the Internet as being lies, Satan's influence, or apostate misrepresentations. This is done to shut the minds down of rank & file JW's so that they will just dismiss checking out these assertions for themselves ! Thus they continue to live in denial and oblivion thanks to the huge protective shield WT leaders insist they put around themselves. The " protective shield " doesn't protect JW's at all- it keeps them enslaved to lack of true information or hooked by " information control ".

So in a nutshell those 10 things are pretty much my big issues with this JW and WT organization. Let's free more people from this criminal organization

My wife and I watched this last night. Good lord. What a freaking creep this guy was. No doubt he , most likely murdered his first wife as well. And his poor adult son will be looking all his life trying to find his mom's body. Just disgusting. Ralph Candelario is a sociopath and a psychopath in my opinion. Trying to decoy the law authorities into thinking his long explanation letter made any sense - ridiculous. DBQ I noticed that as well him claiming he killed her so he " wouldn't get DFed. " I mean- how twisted is THAT ? It just goes to show how destructive the WT Society and JW rules are that drive these people insane even more than people like him are ALREADY ! And for him to stand there and talk about his wife being back in a resurrection in " paradise " ? THe people in the courtroom must have thought this guy was totally nuts ! Without knowing fully WHY he's totally nuts - due in no small part to the mind control cult he's been in. A well done show- very sad.

His deceased 2nd wifes daughters seemed very well adjusted emotionally and mentally with all they've been put through. Good for them. I hope that they can move on and recover from these horrific crimes against their mother. Even the killers son seems very well adjusted in spite of the asshole he had for a father. Goes to show that the apple doesn't HAVE to fall close to the tree- by our own free will we can separate ourselves from evil people in our lives

DEFENDER of TRUTH- Thanks for posting the link to this article. A lot of information to read but VERY well written. I agree with everything there. I saw JW women treated horrifically by JW men due to the patriarchal attitudes within the JW cult. My own older sister was beaten by her long time JW husband who cheated on her with other women in the congregation and did heavy drug use for years. The elders advice to her ? They asked her, " What have you been doing to make your husband so angry that he'd beat you and do these things ? You must not be submissive enough for him to be doing this."

After 20 years my sister finally escaped the marriage but had PTSD for years afterwards and her JW husband had damaged her sexual organs so badly in a violent manner - that she could never have sex with another man in her lifetime. A real pig he was.

So, yes I have eyewitnessed firsthand the horrific damage that this asshole criminal organization's teachings have inflicted on women. It's disgusting. The organization needs to be brought down and criminal charges of crimes against mankind need to be filed against them with the fuck--- leaders locked up

Did you participate in a Drama?

i am bringing this up because even it was a lot of work, for the majority of the friends this was a rewarding experience.

camaraderie, joking, costumes, props and when the time came the celebrity status of being in the drama.. back in the 50s and 60s, conventions could be as long as 8 days and from about 1966 the dramas became an integral part of the program.

we had one per day and the brothers looked forward to their presentation.

i was born into the elastic fact, tract & knock knock club, as it is known to some, but most often you will hear them referred to as "the worst thing i've ever been through.

"i had the typical jw early life of forced compliance by sadistic joy killing narcissists.

i learned early on that 'new light' doesn't come from stifled children and there was no suggestion box at my house.. when i was 6 my parents divorced and my mom quickly remarried and we moved from portland to the oregon coast.

BONEZZ- My wife and I send our deepest condolences to you on the loss of your dear mom. I DO remember you posting this you tube several years ago. I'm so sorry that your daughter never woke up enough to visit your mom. I remember when we met years ago at Tahoe.

Like yourself I have a fanatic 29 year old daughter who won't let me see my first ever grandson. And I highly doubt that she will ever take my grandson to see my 89 year old mom who has been inactive away from the JW's for 2 years now living in an assisted living facility. My daughter's too busy " pioneering " ruining people's lives.

The WT Society IS a criminal organization that breaks up and destroys families all the time. You've seen it with your family , I've seen it with my family. As have thousands of people across the planet. It's disgusting, barbaric, unethical, and criminal as I mentioned. I hope your friend is successful about exposing the JW shunning policy on network T. V. I mean- the networks have lambasted the Scientologists ( and rightly so ) for their horrific shunning practices - it's about time, WAY past due for the Jehovah's Witnesses to get that same exposure about their shunning practices. I tell everybody I come across about it virtually.

this morning, the new york times published an article entitled “radicalization of a belgium student turned bomb maker was invisible.” this piece, written by alissa j. rubin, details the conversion of 24-year-old najim laachraoui, one of the suicide bombers responsible for the attack of the belgium airport on march 22. rubin cites associates and family members of laachraoui, who all say that while he leaned toward a strict version of islam, and they did notice changes in his ideology and behavior, they never suspected he would be capable of such violent acts.

WATCHTOWER FREE- Very interesting. Thanks for posting this. I've always felt that the same tactics used to recruit new JW members are similar tactics used to recruit terrorist members into groups as well. The similarities are shocking. Steve Hassan is definitely correct- these groups the Muslim extremist groups or whether they are non-violent cult groups like Scientology or Jehovah's Witnesses do the same things psychologically to people in a similar fashion - using behavior control, information control, thought control, and emotional control. And then like what happened to the young Belgium terrorist- he was " invited to join a brotherhood of fellow Muslims , he likely thought he had found acceptance. " And that is EXACTLY what Jehovah's Witnesses do- love bombing newer members making them feel that they are a " people for special possession " or " Jehovah's chosen people " - in which it empowers the illusion to rank & file JW's in their minds that they are MORE special than any other people on the planet.

It's an extremely dangerous coercion and manipulation of humans - even MORE dangerous when deadly terrorist groups use these methods to recruit. Most people in the ordinary public are totally oblivious to the dangers of mind control - whether it's used to recruit Muslims, JW's, Scientologists, or even " Christian " religions.
