How I felt when I left the truth..........
by fifi40 inafter my disfellowshipping, i felt like a person alone in a very dark room full of strange objects..........someone grappling around in pitch black wary of everything i touched.
i didnt want involvment with another religion..........my thinking was that the jehovah's witnesses were right despite my having put myself in the position where i was no longer acceptable to them.
other religions had no draw for me, and to this day, i still remain indifferent to them.. and yet, i missed the comfort that i had experienced as a witness..............the hope, the so called 'answers and the feeling of belonging to a community of like minded people.. occasionally i have dabbled with other forms of 'answers'..............reading my stars, doing tarot, a mystic meg approach to the answers of life.

There really are some sad, sick people out there................
by fifi40 ini dont know how much you folk in the usa know about this story...................but a little girl called madelaine mccann was abducted from her holiday villa in portugal on may 3rd.
her parents both doctors have remained in portugal with their other children, 2 year old twins and the story is huge over here and in at least parts of europe.
whatever your personal feelings on the reasons why she was able to be abducted, her parents had left her and her siblings in the locked apartment whilst they had a meal with friends 40 yards away in a restaurant, it is still a horrendous and sad story.. maddy's parents and family, along with the help of major celebs and the media have made this hunt for her the biggest story on the news, tabloid's etc.

Prince Harry not going to Iraq.................
by fifi40 inwhilst the rest of harry's regiment has been deployed to iraq, harry will not go, because the threat posed to him and those serving alongside him is 'unacceptable'.
militant groups are reported to have planned to either kidnap or kill him.. needless to say some british families are asking the question why should their loved ones have to go out to serve, why is he special.
it is answered with the emphasis being on the threat to those serving alongside prince harry.. what is your opinion?.
