  i finally saw that november 15th wt article on prayer that everyone has been talking about - the people in the photos look as stiff as corpses!.

  people will be called in the back room for inadvertantly making contact with their spouse during prayer.. i think i will adopt the following stance during prayer now:.

  when I was in the borg. with a young family, young kids ,there would be a single sister who never had kids

  take it on her self on how I should raise and discipline my kids..Those old geezers have forgot how it is to be

  in love..It remind me of the elderly couple visit to their Dr. The wife was taking her physical and the Dr.

  ask her, Do you have intercourse? The lady pause for sec. I do not know, let me ask my husband.

  She step out of the office and yell to her husband who was in the waiting room with the other patients.

  Do we have intercourse, you could here a pin drop,the husband yell back, I told once and have told

  you twice we have Blue Cross..

  making my will should I include my child that has shuan me for years

  the years have pass and so has my age, so lately i have been thinking, should i add my daughter in.

  since i have seen or talk to her.have not seen my grand-daughter the youngest.

  the oldest i saw her over 10yrs ago..i feel my grand kids should know where they came from.. i do not have a lot to leave for my kids, i have four, the other three i have a good relationship...but.

  there are items I would like to give to my grandkids..autograph from a well known astronaut , medals

  when i was ex-communicated by the jw s a couple of years ago one thought ran through my mind.

  had i commited the unforgivable sin?.

  i have willingly divorced my wife without a scriptual reason for it.

  My understanding and correct me if I am wrong, this may have been stated already, but that kind

  of unpardonable sin spoken of in Act5;1-10 cannot be duplicated today, accusation against Jesus.

  The only unpardonable today is that of continued unbelief. There is no pardon for A person who

  dies in unbelief John 3;16and in john 14;6 to reject the only means of salvation..Do I believe this ,

  well I am no longer a believer..

  Dealing with a 'molested child' in a Judicial matter.

  i'm trying to respect the privacy of this individual, so forgive me if i'm a little too vague in my descriptions.. this for me, was the most emotional and difficult judicial matter that i have ever experienced.

  its been many years since this happened and i'm still troubled, and troubled for this individual.. a young sister had committed fornication and i was chosen to sit on the judicial committee.. the case didn't make sense at first.

  she was a faithful example in the congregation and was very much liked by all.

  Never on a judicial committee for child molested, but involve in one sad and unforgettable death of a

  young child due to the blood issue..This happen over 23yrs. ago.I was the elder ask to give support to

  the family because there was some complication with the birth of of a newborn. The child was two weeks old.

  The father had just become a JW, but his wife was rasied as one..The father call me to give support. When I

  arrive , her mother and A sister if she was a man she would have been A C. Overseerer.The first thing

  out of this sister mouth they want to give the baby blood, we can not do this. I talk to the dr. and he told

  me the baby will die without blood.I pull the father aside and told him this should be your decision

  what you and your wife decide , this is your child..I should have made it clearer.. I perform the funeral for

  the baby..It makes me sick when I think of the child ..We were criminals in that org..

  I have never met a person who said they feel contempt for a religious organization they at one time

  was a member.There are 19 major world religious which are subdivided in a total of 270 large

  religious groups and samaller ones..34,000 separate christian groups have been indentifed

  in the world..A majority of these are founded on Judaism. I am curious what percentage, lets

  say of the 19 world religions do ex-members feel such contempt toward a religion thay at

  one time was a member.I ask my self do I feel contempt when a suicede bomber kill innocent people

  do I hold the Islam faith responsible, no..We known they are extremist. Would one veiw the

  Isrelites extremist on their march too the promise land with all the plundering ,killing and the

  taking of land all in the name of God..So what Iam saying with extremist , those I have mention

  and JW, yes , too feel contempt for something so corrupt, and so evil would be appropriate.

  Someone miss the massage that Jesus was trying to convey "love"

  Afew years after leaving the borg. I became a mason or freemason..( for some you have a desire to join another

  control group) .The mason wasn.t for me but for some it may be ok.But when I was a member I work the bar at our lodge

  on the weekends..Our Masonic lodge was and still a very popular club in my area..So the weekend while attending

  the bar I mix a lot of drinks for good JW..And every one that saw me , me a apostate, A freemason a bartender a

  ex-elder ,what could they say....And 90% that knew me tried to convince me to come back, why so I can be as

  miserable as you are.. One young man told me he have never, ever, ever ever heard or knew of a brother that

  been out of the truth as long as I have and moved on..He was drunk.One brother my age in his middle 50,s at

  that time visit our lodge on a regular basis, he had problem with his wife, she wasn,t the problem, he was seeing a

  younger woman and he was a MS..You talk about a committee meeting, wow one cong. in my area I could disfellowship

  a fourth of congregation..

  although the paragraph purported to be about guarding against pornography, it struck me that they are attempting to kill two birds with one stone here, without mentioning one of the birds by name.

  With my old butt, my wife would be very happy ( viewing porn on the net), maybe not. It might be a shock to her system , she might

  divorce me.All the porn is over rated. We are very happy just holding hands, all the others stuff might kill

  my jw elder friend said to me that the nwt is the best translation of the bible and that scholars have said as much.

  is this true and is it the best?

  are there scholars who disagree?.

  interesting, so JW,s believe that their interpretation of the word(stauros) is the only correct meaning

  0f the word torture stake..So Jesus was never crucified but executed,because if he was crucified that would

  imply he was nailed to a cross. How did I ever become a JW....To me execution do not have the same

  meaning as being crucified , the results are the same but to be crucified to me means a mottifing, agonizing

  death.You think this is what the writers was trying to tell us..The man died a horrible death does it matter

  how he died..
