  Insane real estate market

  it is unbelievable here in phoenix arizona.

  it is absolutely insane.. we listed our house at a little more than $100,000 above what we paid for it 4 years ago when we built it.

  20 minutes after it went online with mls we had a full price offer site unseen.

  The market in Holland has exploded too over the last decade. Cheapest rowhouse now going for 200K euro...that's 250K $....And unlike America we don't have any areas where the market is "normal" and this truly sucks. Now poor people and newcomers are forced too rent which is basically throwing away money in my opinion.

  But then again, I see this "bubble" bursting worldwide, before the end of the decade and it will hurt many people and the economy as a whole too. Not a pretty thing to look forward too, but hey, I get to buy a cheap house!b

  What is a JW Apologizer?

  i'm new here and only studied for 6 months before quitting, due to being told i had to give up my worldly friends so i could "cultivate my christian conscience" i have been reading the posts here and think i made the right decision.

  can some one tell me though exactly what is a jw apologizer?

  i never heard of that before.

  so dont feel anyway bad when any of you leave this lieing institute, they are responsible for more spiritual and literal deaths on this earth than any of the orginisations they slag off.

  why are men petrified of the color pink?

  would you, as a man, ever wear anything pink, say a pink polo shirt, with a pair of faded blue jeans?

  although a bit out of the ordinary for most men, the artist in me ask, what is it with the very sexist colour of pink?

  the publications give many examples of how wonderful a witness was viewed upon by a "worldly" person.

  kms tell of how so many praise the witnesses for being so "different".....what would you say is the real way people view jws??
