prior to you leaving the org did you come to the conclusion that if you didnt actually take the step and leave, that you would run into serious mental difficulty.. i really feel that for 5 years proir to my finally leaving i was quite impaired mentally by the teachings and practices of the org.
it was coming to a head though when i finally announced that i was leaving.
i really felt that i was under intense mental pressure and that if i didnt get out then i may end up doing something serious.
I felt like I was going insane towards the end of my JW career. I was in a cold sweat at the meetings because I felt paranoid to be surrounded by people who sincerely believed such nonsense. I was doing tequila shots before some of them just to calm myself down.
It was the darkest period of my life and not a soul knew what was going on.

since many have commented that lesson 2.1 has "no feeling", portrays the individual as an abuser, and all the other negative comments, i decided to cover rapport next.. the unfortunate thing is i can only give you tips on how to build good rapport.
i will not be giving you magic lines that will make her fall in love with you.
it's your own personality, your enthusiasm, your wit, your sense of humor, your creativeness, and your imagination that has to do the actual work.. many people will tell you "forget about all these tips, tricks and techniques.
These are good tips for young guys who want to meet girls at bars and get laid. It might sound kind of brutish and fake, but the results speak for themselves. If you are one of those ladies who wont fall for this crap the player couldn't care less anyway as he's already on to his next victim.

today the expansion pack comes out for this game which oddly has, at last tally, about eight million subscribers.
(more than the jw's) .
I used to play it but I found it to become WAY to repetitive, especially around level 50-60. It sucks up so damn much of a guys time, too. I am sort of curious about the expansion though, but I doubt I'll buy it.

after several years of a great friendship with diane (previously posted as xena) things have started to really come together recently and i've succumbed to making an honest woman of her (or at least as honest as it's possible to make her.
last night (xmas day) i popped the question and she agreed to marry me (i wonder if she knows what she's let herself in for!!!)..

reasons, not excuses -- even valid ones (like, "i was ignorant, depressed, fooled").. yours in the sense that you can still own (to) them -- even though you now know the "answer" was wrong.. this obviously applies to those who became jws -- hence mostly not born-in, although some of the latter might admit to having chosen the jw way for themselves at a certain stage of their childhood or teenage years.. this question is triggered by a previous conversation with purplesofa on another thread:.

Even if he wasn't lying and non blood substitutes were as good as blood in all situations (they aren't), does this shit-bird piece of genetic trash remember the days when there were no safe blood alternatives - and all of the lives that were needlessly lost because of this insane policy dreamt up by Freddie Franz? Was not having blood the "superior way" to save lives back then asshole?
