We use CAD here in the UK for building services M&E engineering.
Have done since Autocad v10.
Prior to that it was with the good old pens. Who remembers those?

just wondering if there are any cad gurus on this site?
if so, what software are you using?.

Welcome to the board Survivor1.
Many on this board have been looking forward to this program and some have even been part of it.
We couldnt see it in the UK but are very pleased that another country has had the chance to see what really happens behind the closed doors of the WTBTS.
Look forward to hearing more from you.

Hallo NW.

anybody go to the assemblies in dudley ?!?!.
its just around the corner but its the first time i won't be going and i dont feel any guilt about it !!!.
hahahaha!!.
Hallo everyone.
I remember the East Pennine leaflet.
We worked on Hayes Bridge and then went there until about 1998. Dont go anywhere now.
Does anyone remember that lovely kitchen that was only used for a short time. What a waste of money.
Then there was/is the lovely grassed area that we were never allowed to walk on at lunchtime.
We used to drive past the large premises that are owned by the mormons (very close the Hayes Bridge) and wonder if they had the same type of rules and control.
I hated assemblies.
The best ones where at the holiday camp at Camber where everyone could stay for a couple of nights. Did anyone here go to camber?

it has been a long long time since i dropped by here!
a lot has happened since i last visited here.
my wife and i left the dubs and we were left alone despite me having a very "apostate" web site !
Hallo again John,
Welcome home. I am glad that Aussie didnt disappoint you. Now its ski-ing time. Enjoy it both of you.
Does this posting mean you will be dropping in from time to time? Whatever it is good to hear that life is going well post dubdom and that you are making the sort of life that you want and need.
Take care both of you.

haven't posted much of late, very tied down with work and enjoying the hols at the mo, a very xmas to you all......thought i'd relate this to you......to cut a long story short, i eventually emailed my dub sister on some family business and then at the end of my mail in a low key manner wrote that i heard something interesting about the wts and them being affiliated, and i mentioned the generation change for good measure, and left it at that.....within half an hour i rec'ed my first email from my sister also discussing the family business and then she said she was interested in the un thing, never heard of it?!?!?!
(her hubby and brother are both elders) could i send her more information.......she also went on to say that yes the definition of the generation did change but it wasnt a major doctrine like "blood" !?!?!?!?!?!
and many people left "the truff" because of it...............so i wrote back with a synopsis and a link to "randy's" page on the matter..............a few days passed and i had to write to her again and i asked her if she had looked in to it and her words were, "i must of been walking around with my ears shut cause everybody else knows about but me, but i will into it more..................anyway i'm hoping i've sown a few seeds of doubt in there, albeit i felt some of her comments were strange....................your comments are welcome on my next plan of action.
Well done JSG that takes some courage.
I am glad she has responded so well.
I hope you are as brave and bolshie as the seagulls we have here on the SE coast (lol). You may need to be!!
