  Eduardo seems to be stuck in "judge and condemn" mode most of the time.

  He even presumed to judge Farkel's last amusing post as "beneath him". Wow, Eduardo knows all, judges all, corrects us all.

  what else...oh yeah, we've had the highly entertaining julie feuhrbacher staying with us for a few days.

  Have you expanded your entertainment choices post witness?

  we live in a small ranching community in western south dakota where chicken roping on saturday nights at the local redneck steakhouse tavern is the feature entertainment in town!

  if we drive about 80 miles north we have more choices.

  without 5 meetings, door to door, assemblies, study, study, study, etc, etc, that kind of frees up quite a bit of time.

  Yes, definitely!

  I do still find that after so many years of considering so many activities out of the question that many things are "locked out" of my thinking, and when an idea breaks through, for instance, going to the horse races, it's almost like a small epiphany. "Hey, I could do THAT...why didn't I think of that before?"

  Was Anyone Reinstated But Felt Marked?

  just wondering if any of you experienced what i did years ago when i was reinstated.

  although people were excited about my reinstatement and said things like "welcome home", i could tell when i would see people i used to be close to--that they still treated me differently, almost like i had a disease or something.

  maybe it's because i was married to a non-jw and had a baby by then?.

  april 19 is the seventh anniversary of the bombing of the murrah federal building in oklahoma city.in the light of the more recent tragedies in new york city and washington,d.c.,this is just a reminder that the survivors of this tragedy are still recovering,and still mourning the loss of their loved ones.please,take a moment to remember them in your thoughts.. if you ever have the opportunity to visit the okc national memorial,please do so...you will come away with a whole new appreciation for life,and how truly fragile it is.. .

  hearing about the child molester in glasgow who has been charged but not disfellowshipped did cause me to think a little;.

  as an apostate you can be shunned without the need for a jc meeting irrespective of the fact that you might be repentent (not if you have any sense though); however the child molester mentioned hasnt been disfellowshipped!!?

  ?...if this is true doesnt it clearly highlight the wts f**cked up sense of morals?.

  I just think that JW's in general are taught to regard pedophiles as possibly reformable and loveable by Jehovah, whereas apostates are in the Satan category, unreformable, bad heart, etc.

  yep that's right.... the baby boy is here!

  we went for a no-stess and fluid test yesterday, and as luck would have it, there was stress and no fluid.

  he's 5 weeks early but he had to come out.
