  Threat warning changing anyone's plans?

  living near major cities, including nyc, makes me a little jittery since the threat level going up to orange yesterday.

  i am trying not to watch the news, it is making me too anxious.

  i am trying to do all the normal things that people do on saturday morning.....my daughter is going to her first birthday party ever!.

  i got a good laugh from a jw apologist that is trying to defend the wt's many failed prophesies.

  it seems that the jw's are going on the offensive to explain away the failed dates such as, 1874, 1914, 1925 and 1975. i think that it is nothing more than word gymnastics.

  evidently this person is quite familiar with all the so called opposers arguments concerning the above mentioned dates.

  i was reading the february 15, 2003 wt which had an article on page 23 entitled "do not leave your child's heart to chance.

  " on page 26 under the subheading "even from within the congregation.

  " the wt overlords say: "although your teenage child appears to be in good spiritual health, inside he may be struggling with a divided heart.
