Why are we here? Where are we going? What is the purpose of life? An atheist has many questions but no answers.

Its better to have no answer than the wrong answer.

Not having an answer to those questions isn't as scary as you may think.

And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment. - Heb 9:27

An atheist has no escape in death!

    Sun 2

The Scriptures rightly show the foolishness and inconsistency of man - "The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God..." ( Psa 14:1 )

Where did the earth, sun, moon and the stars come from? .

Where then did matter and energy come from?

Other than God Himself, something cannot come out of nothing.

Every effect must have a cause. The energy in the Universe is the effect. What causes it?

    Oh I'm scared now!

Nothing like making eternal threats to win someone over! Gawd, that gawd is so kind.

And a believer does? Show me one person that has escaped death. Just one. :)

The Bible can't be used to back itself up. I could write a book that preached atheism and within that book say "Only fools believe in God"..but that wouldn't carry any weight.

Other than God Himself, something cannot come out of nothing.

Why is God immune to the requirement of needing a creator? By definition God must be more grand than all of his creation. If the universe is so complex and wonderous that it demands a creator, then why doesn't God (who is even MORE grand) also demand a creator? You can't just magically stop at God and say "oh, he is immune to that requirement." Your argument is fundamentally flawed.

hibiscusfire, You must renounce you faith in your FALSE GOD and bow before The Invisible Pink Unicorn (Peace Be Unto Her) (May Her Hooves Never Be Shod)

"The Invisible Pink Unicorn is a being of great spiritual power. We know this because she is capable of being invisible and pink at the same time. Like all religions, the Faith of the Invisible Pink Unicorn is based upon both logic and faith. We have faith that she is pink; we logically know that she is invisible because we can't see her."

A note to the unbelievers or those seekers of truth who have seen Her:
The above image is merely a representation of Her Pinkness and should not in any way be taken as a True Likeness.
As the Grand High Llama Rich Daniel has proclaimed "Dear Heretic, Only the faithful can see Her. 'Nuff said"
