I don't know why, but I say over. I guess it just seems to me to work better. I can't stand under; just doesn't seem right.
I was listening to Howard Stern on the radio today and he and his group had a lengthy discussion about toilet paper and other related matters. One of the issues is whether one is a cruncher or a folder. That is, does he just crunch his toilet paper up before using or does he fold it? I'm a cruncher and I vehemently oppose all you folders.
