  After all as far as what I was taught about Lot, his family was taken away from the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to a cave. They was not taken away from all contact with humanity for the rest of their lives.

  I think you can see from the above reference why Lot's daughters would not have went to Zoar seeking a husband.

  You ask about the possibility of someone from Abraham's proximity becoming a potential mate for Lot's daughters. First of all, such a prospect would have had to learn that Lot's daughters were in the market for a husband. Too, I don't think it was the custom for a woman to go looking for a marriage mate. Wasn't it the custom for a man's father to go find a woman for his son to marry? That may explain why that Lot didn't help his daughters find a mate.
