    Celtic, I must point out us Geordies class ourselves as a seperate independent republic up here too! Many Scottish class us as Scots born on the wrong side of the border, and our language is all our own, closer to Scottish than Oxford English.

    Come to think of it, take away all the seperate dialect and class groups, and you'd be left with.... London (and maybe Essex, if someone wants to claim it).
