I think it's only available in English and Portuguese for now. They don't put up estimated times for new releases, so it gets published when each team gets done. But my guess is that it takes over three to seven years for each translation to be done.
Perhaps next year, we will see a couple of additional releases, and a few more the year after. With the financial curtailing going on, who knows if they are cutting manpower there too.

Get your point, but as you state that is for downloads, even then after three years it is still limited. But I think the point of this post is hard copy, it would seem that English is the only language available and that seems to be backed up by the WT article.
So if they have translated the new NW into 23 languages online, you would expect that at least these languages would be in print or that other languages would be a priority for those countries that have limited or no internet access!
That does not appear to be the case, that quote from WT 07 which the same as now would seem to indicate that they really are cutting down on printing, they do have money problems or something else is going on, or maybe all of those.
