One reason why some current elders may be looking to resign is due to the CLAM...Now, each elder is selected to be chairman for the meeting each week. Big job...used to be handled by the TMS overseer only. NOw, the chairman of the CLAM each week us arrange for all to show up, do their parts, watch meeting timing, quality, enthusiasm, etc. Way way to much work for many elders who just want to show up and chill...let the TMS overseer do all the work! NOw, they must participate. No where to hide...This could push some over the edge. Much easier to be a big shot without doing anything
