You seem to have accidentally forgotten ..planing, efficiency and highly trained, made evident in the pictures.
Highly trained? The majority will be at a reasonable standard, the fighters in Afghanistan are given basic training with an ak47 and how to make IED's, enough to keep USA and UK at bay.
Did you know that N Korea is the only country that use anti personnel lasers? They are illegal but they obviously don't care, not only do they blind troops on mass, they also prevent laser guided lock ons, they make it themselves now. (Its called the ZM-87)
Motivation? ...there are reports that the people are that desperate, they have begun eating their children's bodies. They blame America and they believe S Korea is currently under the influence of America, in need of rescue and liberation. They have many family members in S Korea too. n Koreans are taught t fear Americans so much that in a recent article by a paper that reports on NK news, a woman spoke of how they have nightmares about Americans, even as adults. She used to have to keep candles burning in the night because of the nightmares. Americans with guns are the big fear and yesterday America flew bombers in NK's back garden....
I am no military expert, I don't want to see anything happen. I hope nothing does. But this is not a country like any other, normal logic and appeals to reason don't apply.
