note:
Some of these places were due to expansion.
Over the years some KHs would get too crowded so congs would split and split again
some would move 1/2 the people to a new KH and the other 1/2 would stay. Thats how (one reason) it was very common to eventually know and have friends from different KH's and a lot of people would (and still do) visit back and forth. Some people (a lot of people) have known eachother 40 and 50 years because of that.
