I know but I'm interested in what you mean by " I would have to go against my conscience to try and not believe ".

So you can argue against believing in God.

Some of us believe and we base our belief on such strong personal evidence, such strong faith in what we've experienced that, yes, actually, it would be going against our own consciences to abandon our belief.

    There's the word again...evidence....

Fact is, like I said earlier, this is about what is viewed AS evidence and as credibel evidence and nOT everyone uses the same criteria for that, so...

No because you made a point I don't understand.

You seem to think that disbelief is a deliberate action that would be against your conscience. That's puzzling.

Think about it for a while.

Whether some people here like it or not, some of us have had very sound personal experiences and interactions with our god and the holy spirit. Maybe some here haven't. That, actually, isn't our problem. Neither is it a crime for us to defend our faith/s. It's about time some of you just dealt with it.

    Think about it for awhile.

I'm too busy - I have a yoghurt that's about to go out of date.

Maybe God will give you a new one
