So the science channel, which I really enjoy watching, is in reality a religious channel? Nah, not buying it.
What is with abusive atheists?

That is such a weaselly way to put it. My God you do worship your own curiosity, but don't want to take the blame when it kills that cat? That's so senseless to me. We didn't evolve sense to not make sense.
You make less and less sense to me. Knowledge is weasly? Take a rock (not literally, please) You can use it to pound on another rock and create a tool. Or you can use it to pound on a head and kill someone. How does knowledge take any blame? Why are you so into blame? Must be that sin and punishment notion you believers are so fond of. So how does knowledge get the blame?
It's rhtorical. They have dreamed of a world without God and it's starting to come because they are starting to win in the debate because of their results. All of your technology has created a huge supply and demand for more efficient batteries. Batteries are the true energy of the individual and therefore we want to give much more power there. Without digital cameras we wouldn't have YouTube
Uhm---what? Believers don't use technology? What? Sorry, I'm not understanding. Are only atheists capable of coming up with things like youtube? Now digital cameras are an atheist plot? I've been reading less of your posts, because they are getting more like Shelby's and just make no sense.

It's getting mighty close to saying knowledge is evil. Reminds me of something or someone. Can't quite put my finger on it.

Everything She touches, changesWe are the changers
Everything we touch can change.
Change us, touch us;

In a new place, on a new day.

Thanks, NC.
I am always particularly moved by The Prayer of The Ascent of The Holy Sophia, too.

It is a new world religion that has produced the best results and therefore is taking it's rightful place in the throne of the universe. . . . sab (on "science")
It's discovery and learning sab . . . nothing more. There is no conspiracy or common agenda. Science is not "up to something" nor does it want to rule the world . . . it's only learning, that's all. We are all scientists to some degree . . . and all have sole responsibility for what we embrace as being real. I won't blame science for anything, or look to it as a saviour . . . it's just LEARNING . . . there is no holy ghost here.
