Copyright of Sparlock will come under "all contents of this DVD copyright of WBTS" or similar on the back of the DVD case I should think.
OK just checked it says:
(c) (cant do the copyright symbol sorry) 2012 WTBTS Transilvania, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. (get out of jail free card!)

One thing that concerns me is copyright infringement; you'd think they've already covered themselves with copyright protection.
Copyright law doesn't prevent parodies.

What about breaking the copyright with the intention of them taking the case to court, then backing down? The publicity would be a result in itself.

Frankly my dear I dont give a damn (about Sparlock copyright),..... but just be assured it will be covered one way or another by the WTBTS Lawyers.
