You can design t shirts almost anywhere! Vista print is one place I've got them. This particular one I designed here:

Sometimes for jokes here (well 2) I design them and have the design emailed to me. Then I upload the pic into photobucket. This one would cost around $15.
Edit to say: I didn't actually buy the tshirt. They let you play for free.
