I'm firings blanks at no one. What I'm trying to say is we were told to make allowances for Nancy's behavior because of whatever she is going through and her somewhat hard to see brilliance. Making those allowances and being discouraged from making any sort of retort to Nancy's paranoic rants and name calling is IMHO intrinsically unfair and really did no favors to Nancy.
