Dictionarys can lead to independant thinking Outlaw, you know that. Just look up what generation means, talk about a can of worms.

Now lets be serious about this subject.....

The warnings about the internet are numerous and at times direct.....

To ignore them is to either be in denial (usually self-justified) or to just be an 'independent thinker' and willfully dismissive

As many know I am an active JW...... I have gotten a few 'whatcha doin' here' comments and I have no problem being honest in saying I am being 'willfully dismissive'......no excuses.

If an active JW is reading this comment......be honest with yourself, you wouldn't be here if you were truly submissive (which is fine, I personally like the company of having intelligent non ranting, question dodging, stick to the topic active JWs on this site!)

If you find yourself making excuses and trying to keep the 'loyal, humble, obedient' title.....then you are in self-justified denial (and that is fine too as long as you don't end up acting like a hot mess bringing reproach......... be logical, if confronted with 'human imperfection' of the WTS suck it up and move on without trying to cast misdirection or acting like you can't handle the truth......because after more than a century of existance there are going to be some goofs and the WTS has long embraced revision in the form of 'new light' and just changing things after decades....

Becoming more versed in our history will only help a JW to be a better JW in their own lives in discerning where, how and when to make application of counsel........

All in all......is what it is....dont play ball if you cant gracefully handle getting beaned a time or two....cuz it happens to all of us
