  You really are in a moral dilemma. What are your personal requirements & responsibilites in reporting this? Do you report these things to HR or do you wait for a request form HR before revealing a person's internet history? Normally I would say the JW's deserve the hypocrite, but the underage porn is a concern. What if he acts upon his desires with an underage person? His involvement in judging others at this point is in question, especially considering the shunning they will receive. It's your call. You will have to live with the consequences good or bad that result from reporting or not reporting. Just make sure it doesn't backfire on you and get you into trouble.

  Also, never underestimate the Borg's ability to protect itself. They could simply refuse to believe you or look at your internet logs. He could simply be told "some accusations" have been made and that gives him the opoportunity to correct it or be more careful about getting caught.

  Thx for your feedback finally free. Unfortunately, looking at the IP addresses, this guy is not committing a federal or state offense, the only crime he is committing is “using a workplace computer or internet workplace usage for personal satisfaction”

  I feel more disgusted that this guy is giving dedication & baptism talks than for the websites he is looking at (he is human after all) Just stop being so 2 faced......

  One thing to consider. People who access illegal porn and get caught by the police routinely claim it was not they who accessed it. Yes, it was on their computers, but it must have been someone else. A janitor or something. The argument is defeated by browsing time logs cross referenced against emails sent by the perpetrators, sometimes phone calls made around the same time the porn was accessed, but it is not always sufficient to bring the offender to justice. Most often for a charge of child porn to stick you need concrete evidence like actual downloaded content on hard drives, flash drives, CDs and DVDs in the possession of the perp. All of which to say, you need to be careful, legally, how you handle this. Get some proof, if you can, before you make your move.

  Externally, without releasing confidential information, the Society doesn’t want to know about it (ostrich in the sand)

  I rang them the day before this Jerkoff (literally) was giving another Dedication/baptism talk and they didn’t want to know, hence the call to Brooklyn...

  FYI – Yes its true, once I got through to the service dept (btw, the elder sounded like a 22 y/old) he kept putting me on hold every 60 seconds, I kept asking is this conversation being recorded, to which he replied “No, though are you recording it?” Weird......

  Be careful that you don't lose YOUR job over this.

  They weren't going to do anything that close to the assembly - especially if it wasn't public knowledge. If you really want to do him in, NOW ask for two elders as witness plus him to discuss something. With two elders, they've already got enough for a JC. Of course...sending the information anonymously to his wife would probably cause far more harm and lasting damage if you really want to get nasty.

  I am classified as an inactive member (unlike the member held in the hairy palm of this elder)...

  So cannot confront him on the spiritual basis, though another co-worker has and he has denied it using the reasoning that you alluded to (Janitor). Thankfully our other J-Dub (half active) has him on office security cam and web log as being logged into his computer at the same time as web log ins on the server (to which he still denied) As I said though, our MD is even more of a porn fanatic than this elder and doesn’t want to pursue it as he knows we have him too....
