However, when a person is diagnosed with cancer, the doctor does not change the person’s chance of survival based on whether they are an atheist or Christian.

Jwfacts asked, "why do things that appear to be in line with his will not get answered? For instance:

    • JWs that have car accidents on the way to the convention
    • JW's murdered whilst witnessing
    • Countries that are under ban

The assumption behind the question seems to be that God should be intervening to promote the work of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society.

Could it be that God does not want to further the work of the Watchtower Society for the myriad of reasons discussed on this website?

Ding - that was a response to believingxjw, who said it was obvious that God answers prayers related to the furthering of his will. I was just after clarification of what God's will is. You could substitute those questions with similar questions about most religions.

I always thought that prayers is to have an intimate relationship with Jesus and God and not to have an unfair advantage over everyone else.

The reason why God apparently doesn`t answer prayers ,is evidently he/she/it, doesn`t exist.
