Me too. I watched The Road on DVD a couple of weeks ago, it was pretty brutal in a similar sort of way.

Where Wind in his Hair shouts to Dunbar from the cliff above as Dunbar and Stands With Fist are leaving the tribe: "Dances With Wolves. I am Wind In His Hair. Do you see that I am your friend? Can you see that you will always be my friend? " That's a tear jerker moment right there...
