Some people like to "gather" for upbuilding, stimulating, encouragement, understanding of their certain circumstances. Local churches may provide that for them to some degree. Most churches are not such doctrinal nuts like JWs about every little thing. I myself do not attend a church but acknowledge some may benefit. It seems to me, most people that go to church aren't that "doctrinally" concerned.
Isn't this, here, that kind of gathering? We see the need and want to "un-doctrinal-ize" the JWism we were once under or encourage newer ones here through it. It seems most of us hope that we can fill up with positive principles, upbuilding, stimulation, encouragement and understanding without forcing/pushing a belief system.
