He started towing people's car to his back yard and locking it in a fenced in area.
UC, the cops just want to eliminate the situation in front of them.
If the tow truck driver towed the illegally parked cars to an impound lot,
the judge would have backed him up, the police would have said this
was acceptable. He could charge for the service and split with the
city.
That's great!!
That stuff makes me so angry, and I don't even own a car.

Have any of you considered that this may well have been an innocent mistake or oversight? In that case, who is the asshole?
