BurnTheShips - you did notice in a couple of posts back I said things of the flesh / man made - so I think we agree on that.
But not all things man-made are bad. As you yourself note, presumably God made the physical realm. He endowed us with gifts and understanding. He gave us instruments, are we not to play music? He wants us to. We want to express ourselves.

I am of the "glass half full" view. There is truth in varying degrees in just about all of them.
