I'm so sorry to hear about the accident and all your struggles. All I can say from recent experience is to just try to put one foot in front of the other and take care of things as they come up. Things will get better as you get through the problems. I'm sad that our society doesn't do much to help single moms, compared to what they are willing to spend on wasteful things. That was a good idea about paypal. Let us know if you set it up.

Thank you kindly, everyone who has offered comfort since my last post. It's been a long day of ups and downs. I visited Andy for 1/2 an hour today. He still isn't himself. He at least has a sense of humor about the sutures on his face and mouth. I told him now all he needs is a black eye patch and he can get a job as a handsome, ruggid, mysterious leading man on a soap opera.

I am feeling very overwhelmed with all the things I have to do and decisions to make. I hope Dr. Hurd can help me get some kind of leave going. I need time to get affairs in order. Everything I type seems to sound so down. I guess this means it's time for me to get to bed. Good night all.

Oh my! So sorry to hear of this. As you know, we are raising our three g-kids also, and should anything like that happen I don't know how just one of us could do it either.

Know that as I read this my heart sank for you. I just wish there was something I could do to help. It is hard enough to take on such responsibility at a time in life that should be 'for you'. I know. Then this. I feel such a connection to your circumstances.

I am sending you a PM - call if you need to talk to Wifey or Me. My prayers are for you too. Also for a full recovery for Andy with time.
