Any good ale, lager, porter, stout (especially imperial stout), except a few I don't care for (like Guiness).
Any good single malt, straight. If it's a well, then on the rocks. Don't care for mixed drinks.
Any good merlot, pinot, or red zin, as long as it's with a meal or just after.
EDIT: oh, and also cognac, and a stiff plum brandy drink from the Balkans called slivovitz, which is quite hard to get.

Long Island Iced tea, Lynchburg lemonade, Chocolate Martini (actually any of the sweet frou-frou martinis).
Corona and Lime is pretty good. Am not really much of a beer drinker cuz if I have more than one or two it usually upsets my stomach.

Beer.. my current favorite is Drop Top Amber. My favorite mixed drink is a Kamikaze (Vodka/Lime Juice).
