Incidently, "johnny cip" has lots of recordings like this as well. ; I'll pm him to make sure he see's this thread. ; yes skally i do have close to 100 tapes. of talking to bethel and halls i did pass some of them around about a year ago .and the GOOD THING IS YOU ARE ARE in SOME OF THEM. YOU JUST BLEW BETHEL AWAY!!!! i will see if i can mail some to you to put up. you have to give this guy sick of lies credit . for his good work.. if for any chance i can't up load what i have . i will do many 3 way calls with SICK OF LIES, SKALLY or any other person here. and watch me smoke out any bethelite. just pm me and we will do it. john

I didnt read the whole thread, but in FL, its illegal to record conversations on the phone without letting the other party know they are being recorded! I did it, and it didnt do dittly squat! How is it where you are?

I'll answer my own question:

Old DTTP:Anyone have any actual info on what circumstances constitute these "very rare" occurences? A time period, or the like?

New DTTP:This from the WT Media site, this may shed some light into the "rare" occurence when a child abuser could actually hold an appointed role again. I think many people here would be in agreement wih this:

"In a few instances, individuals guilty of an act of child abuse have been appointed to positions within the congregation if their conduct has been otherwise exemplary for decades. All the factors are considered carefully. Suppose, for example, that a long time ago a 16-year-old boy had sexual relations with a consenting 15-year-old girl. Depending upon the U.S. jurisdiction where he lived when this happened, elders may have been required to report this as an incident of child abuse. Let us say that 20 years have passed. The child abuse reporting law may have changed; the man may have even married the girl! Both have been living exemplary lives and they are respected. In such a rare case, the man could possibly be appointed to a responsible position within the congregation."
