Didn't read all the posts, but doesn't it seem possible that if JW's reported their time and placements this way that it would make the pioneering work for single working mothers of 5 more possible?
Think that it's possible that those pioneers with impossible circumstances are faking their hours and still being counted as pioneers?

I couldn't attend the P-School because it was impossible for me to make the 1000 hours/year....when I think about it...the possibility of faking never came into my mind...
