  Bullshyt, had three elders over one nite, they came with malice in their heart and their minds made up before I could even present my side.

  Oh my crime... I was studing the other books mentioned/quoted in the bible, I was told, the FDS will give me all I need to Know at the right time, don't get ahead of the org. Hey it's not my fault their slow.

  I'll stand by what I said. Billyboy's post was not nice towards those who frequent this board. He made the assumption that most here are df'd (that is not wholly true) and that most here were df'd for sexual reasons (again that is not wholly true). You may think he was nice Danny but I do not. Trying to slam most folks on the board while being a newbie is really not a nice thing to do no matter what the motives.

  This translated means; obtain all the gory information including where this alleged pornia(sp) took place, how it took place including all the 'sordid' details, who did it, who made the first move etc....fact of the matter is the details do not matter, it is just their way in exerting control and making you feel like shit.

  DF is absolutely a final option. Tell the facts & how you feel.

  Bollocks, you can be sorry and they will act as judge jury and executioner; point to the scriptures that say that it isnt for man to judge and for J to read hearts...(I forget where it is)

  Its very big of you to admit what you have done on a public forum like this but you shouldnt feel like you have to confess...the fact that you do speaks volumes about the level of mind control that is exerted on JWs by the organisation; beware my friend...keep smiling.

  Oh billyboy, I truly feel sorry for you. I hope someday you will wake up from your paranoia and false prejudicial beliefs. How sad to see someone going through life believing these things. Painting a group of people with the same brush is a poor shortcut to comprehending them, and that tendency is the basis of racism and all sorts of prejudicial evil. (Here are the false assumptions/beliefs apparent in your post:

  1. The Bible says God has one true organization on Earth today, and it is the WTS.
  2. Apostates are evil people who have left the one true organization of God, not individuals who have changed their beliefs as defined by the dictionary.
  3. Most ex-JWs are bitter and twisted liars.
  4. Most ex-JWs are morally weak individuals who didn't possess sufficient self control or moral fortitude to live a moral life.
  5. All ex-JWs have an axe to grind and salivate over someone who is on the fringes of the org. They love the opportunity to influence such a person to do evil or to leave the org.)

  I hope someday you will find the truth.

  I don't really see it as slamming, bit of an exageration maybe. (well I am not DF-ed also). I just gave my opinion that I liked it's post. To say, that his advice can be good, but not always. Sometimes elders are really not willing to DF people, sometimes they are. Depends if they like you or not.

  Why can't you just go to Him instead of the Watchtower boys who are mostly comprised of uneducated individuals who have no concept of Christ's love?

  Some of us here, contrary to what you have been told left the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society because we started reading our Bibles without the 'Faithful Discreet Slave's' help. That is when we discovered the outright deceptions and lies the WTBTS has promoted to people for over 100 years.

  Stick around and check out some of the topics. You may see the light and escape the WT like the rest of us people the Watchtower brands and labels as apostates. You may just find out who the real apostates from Christianity are despite their claims.

Lets get something straight, people have DIED because of the policies this "elder" defends. A few days ago, we learned that a former "bitter and twisted" "apostate" committed suicide because of the "loving provision" of disfellowshipping promoted by this cult. You are offended that I called a spade a spade? Sorry for you, but when people defend these policies I will fight them tooth and nail and stick up for my fellow "twisted and bitter" apostates.

  I do not know if he defends their policies, or maybe only some. (let him answer that) That he posting here is some sign that he is at least in some ways thinking freely.

  I just do not think it is good to start name calling if somebody does not have the 'right' opinion to you. If you want to attack him, do it on the things that he says, not start to name calling etc.
  With name calling all things JW's think of apostates are confirmed, and they immediately go back to their organisation, without looking further.

  Most of us were in the same position as he was, before we left.

  Uh, why are you even confessing your sins to another human? Isn't that what prayer is for. Man cannot forgive you of your sins so why pour your heart out to someone when all they will do is penalize you with there man made rules? Apply jesus councel. Go to the sister and ask for her forgiveness, and when she has forgiven you make your "offering" (prayer) to God. Shwo me in the bible where you must confess to a man? Sounds a little Catholic if you ask me...
