Good morning from down here joelbear.Yes,you are right.It is surprisingly difficult to kill yourself and in fact many people make a terrible botch of it.You said you 'cut on' yourself.Do you mean you cut yourself on your body as punishment?Pete

the agonizing mental distress that started tuesday morning finally ended late last night.
i simply have to get relief from this, i have another psych appt next wednesday.
it does help to post my feelings here, it relieves some of the pressure. it is nice
to have a place where i can say anything about what is going on and still get hugged.
it is appreciated.
