He has a quotes section on hos page, only he has commentary along with the quotes.

Hi, I haven't read all 15 pages of comments but I recently received a C&D letter over a business domain name I own. It turned out that I had insurance coverage for this under the Advertisers Liability clause. If you have a policy check it out. Also there are several resources for help. www.chillingeffects.org which is run by students at Harvard Law and www.electronicfreedomfountation.org which is an offshoot of ACLU. Is this the same publishing company that was forced change the artwork in one of copies of the watchtower before bound volume publication, after a liquor company objected to the use of its "borrowed" tropical sunset artwork?( quoted above ) Yes I remember that!!!Nerve!!! But on reading all the posts all I can say is If Viagra does work, & my pal Glen is using!! & theirs is not a love match.... I've just read your lawyer's response - excellent. I have a little experience with commercial law (as a user of it, not a practitioner) and his response comes accross as thoughtful, forceful, and most of all, correct.
