  Well now we have it, what appears to be the pre-emptive strike from WT.

  As of this Friday three families who appeared on the Dateline program have been informed judicial committees have been setup with a one week notice and it is alleged that they have been causing "divisions" within the organization. I got my letter today, Barbara Anderson got hers yesterday and the other family earlier this week.

  If you were a PR Firm would you think it to be a good idea or a bad idea to df everyone a couple of weeks before the Dateline program airs? What do you think the American public will think of such a move?

  On a lighter note, would anyone like to go with me as character witnesses for my judicial hearing? Wouldn't it be funny to bring about 40-50 people to speak to a judicial committee? You know maybe we could all bring a dish of food and make a get together out of it. Then after it is over cut switches and chase the judicial committee around the Kingdom Hall? Well that would certainly bring a new tilt for judicial hearings.

  I say let the games begin, I cannot wait. Now how can a judicial hearing prove you are causing "divisions"? Wouldn't you have to have someone who got divided? Does telling the public Wt Policy hurts children cause divisions? It will be interesting to see how they have established their charges. Looks like WT is sending three MTS grads for my hearing, does that mean I am special? Perhaps it is a way of expressing their deep concern for my spiritual well being.

  The 'divisions' thing is one of those unprovable accusations ...

  What they really mean is "you dare to disagree with us and stand up to us"

  I would love to turn up at someone JC committee for them (erm ... yours is a bit far for me Bill, sorry) and all stand round the elders.

  NOTE: I'm not suggesting violence but I think it's time THEY felt intimidated and became the ones scared of going to a committee meeting.

  I think Dateline should be informed of the Judicial Committee hearings. Who knows, maybe they will wish to attend! Wouldn't that be a kick, to see the elders on Dateline persecuting those who stand up for pedophile victims? Fat chance they would let the proceedings be telecast.

  Still, Dateline should be informed.

  If God's Spirit is filling a Kingdom Hall, how is it that Satan can manuever the ones within that Kingdom Hall at the same time?

  As I mentioned a number of weeks ago this is an excellent PR move for the WTS.

  All involved in this issue can now be described to the media as'disgruntled ex Jehovahs Witnesses as opposed to disgruntled Jehovahs Witnesses.

  This distinction in very important. The word 'disgruntled ex JW's' will trigger opinions in the mind on non JW's and also serve to demonize those who are disfellowshipped in the mind of their adherents, the average JW.

  It is no accident that they have waited until this moment to do this Bill, it is very, very careful planning.

  I heard from an insider in Legal last year that plans were underway to tackle the fallout from the Dateline program. I suspect that what is happening here is just the beginning of this plan unfolding.

  I would once again urge everybody to be very careful what information you post to this and other on-line discussion venues. These Boards are being trawled by WTS Legal who would be insane not to glean information, and sense the strategy of their opposition. You can be sure that Barbara Andersons note written to to this Board last year, will play a part in her Judicial Committee.

  These people have cunning to burn, and are generally many steps ahead of their enemies.

  This couldent have been a smart move on their part.

  But then again they dont have a choice.

  All that they can do locally is to spread rumours about you... like if that will help their case. And by now you must be adjusting to nobody speaking to you etc... But its gotta be tough though.

  All I can say is to MILK THIS FOR ALL THE PR ITS WORTH.

  They will try to make you pay so you better watch your back.

  The PR machine doesn't care about the general public, the JW elite know they are despised or merely tolerated by them anyway.

  Silentlambs will be disfellowshipped to stop existing JWs from talking to or about him.

  Perhaps, Hillary. But if those being summoned before judicial committees are from different congregations, wouldn't this be evidence of orchestration from the top as opposed to local control of matters? Are the Society's lawyers really thinking the asset protection issue through if they allow these cases to be concurrent? It appears to this feeble brain that if individuals in different congregations were simultaneously brought up on the same charges, it would indicate hierarchal, not grass roots control and open the floodgates for a hierarchal legal remedy.
