Can't find "hot" article through the WT Library Search?
by StephaneLaliberte ini just saw a video from mike and kim where (@6:00) she says:.
you know what i noticed in the new watchtower cd-roms?
is when you do a search for certain things that they would deem maybe apostates or certain questions, you can't find them in the search.. i know that sometimes, they get carried away and are not always factual.

Proper Motive for Serving God
Nevertheless, Christians today must constantly scrutinize their own motives for serving God. At John 6:10-13, we read that Jesus miraculously fed a crowd of over five thousand. Subsequently, some began to attach themselves to Jesus for purely selfish reasons. Jesus told them: “You are looking for me . . . because you ate from the loaves and were satisfied.” (John 6:26) Decades later some dedicated Christians similarly rendered service to God but “not with a pure motive.” (Philippians 1:17) Some who ‘did not assent to the healthful words of Jesus Christ’ even sought ways to make personal gain out of their association with Christians.—1 Timothy 6:3-5.
Today, a Christian who serves only because he wants to live forever in Paradise could also be serving with a selfish motive. In the long run, this could result in a spiritual fall. Because Satan’s system of things seems to have lasted longer than expected, he might “tire out,” feeling that the end has been delayed. (Galatians 6:9) He might even become bitter over material sacrifices he has made. Jesus reminds us: “You must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind.” (Matthew 22:37) Yes, a person whose primary reason for serving God is love puts no time limit on his service. He is determined to serve Jehovah forever! (Micah 4:5) He does not regret any sacrifices he has made in connection with his service to God. (Hebrews 13:15, 16) Love for God impels him to put God’s interests first in his life.—Matthew 6:33.
Today, over six million true worshipers “offer themselves willingly” in Jehovah’s service. (Psalm 110:3) Are you one of them? If not, then meditate on what God offers: pure knowledge of truth; (John 17:3) freedom from bondage to false religious teachings; (John 8:32) the hope of living forever. (Revelation 21:3, 4) Jehovah’s Witnesses can help you learn how you can receive all of this from God—free of charge. -

some christians who have committed a serious sin try to cover it over in order to avoid embarrassing themselves or disappointing others.

Some of my elders had problems with my attitude for fast german sportcars.
So every time they came up speaking about my "non-theocratic" cars - I replied with the bible story about Jehu.
In germany normally we can drive without speed limit. So many people come from other countrys to germany to drive very fast on the german "autobahn" (my avatar shows the german sign for "autobahn" (highway).
So for me it's freedom - freedom to drive without speedlimit.
Learning TTATT - I could break free from all the Watchtower-"Limits".
fastJehu - now driving(living) without cult (speed)limits.

(2 Kings 9:20) And the watchman went on to report, saying: “He came as far as to them, but he has not returned; and the driving is like the driving of Jeʹhu the grandson of Nimʹshi, for it is with madness that he drives.. . .
*** it-2 p. 23 Jehu *** As “the heaving mass” of Jehu’s horsemen and chariots came closer, the chariot driving of Jehu “with madness” identified him to the watchman on the tower.

Reaction of Governing Body Belies More than their Accusation
by carefullyread ina disfellowshiped brother wrote a letter of disquisition to the governing body of wbts a little while ago.
it was not in any way nasty, derogatory, rude, blasphemous, or with profanity but it was civil, truthful, & very informative that some have described as extremely truthful to enlightening, an ebullient disclosure.
i got to see some paraphrases extracted from it that have been circulating quietly or rather secretly passed around & i agree with the latter description.. the governing body was greatly perturbed, alarmed, to confused with this letter particularly as they became aware several of the congregation were also sent copies which some of the local congregational elders raised controversial questions about but mainly was dismissed by them without reading, to scoffing & ridicule but some also saw something more truthful to concern them.

In the Submissions on behalf ofWatchtower Bible and Tract Societyof Australia & Others9 November 2015, this statement was made (pg 15):
Child sexual abuse is a matter of concern to any right thinking parent or adult, and to see it only as an “institutional” problem would be to miss an essential truth: that much abuse occurs within families.
Sorry - but I can't find this statement in the document within your link.
