  WT loses appeal in UK!!!!!!!

  the wt lost its appeals regarding the charity commission inquiry.

  here is the ruling:.

  Now it makes sense to me, that the publications storage is moved from UK to Germany.

  So it will be very easy to move the printing also to germany if they lose the charity status.

  Those JW pins and Jewelry

  i'm not surprised but i must admit to a little eye roll.... looking at some photos on my brother's facebook page, i stumbled on a picture of our mother.

  it took a few cycles thru the photos before i realized that mom has a jw pin on her top.. not surprising, but wanted to share.. we have not spoken in a long time.

  for a while she was calling me every couple of weeks from her cell phone in the morning.

  6 branches subsidize the rest of the branches.

  i went to the meeting this morning and we had some guy from overseas bethel give the public talk.

  6 countries subsidize the rest.

  he said in some countries all the donations that they get from contributions don't even pay the electricity bill for the branch buildings so money has to come in from these 6 richer countries.

  It is interesting that both last year and this year the book released at the convention was printed in Germany instead of at Wallkill. I wonder what the story is on that and if it is a permanent arrangement...

  Germany printed in 2013 for US - because the US was printing the revised bible.

  Germany printed in 2014 for US - because the US had problems with the cover of the km-book.

  I think, they don't replace "all" cars in the coming year, only some "older vehicles".

  More then one year ago WT planed the business cards.

  I posted in this here: http://www.jehovahs-witness.com/topic/273369/jw-org-bumper-sticker

  US bethel could not produce them - so they were printed from 3 different "not JW-companies".

  Some weeks ago they were shipped to the branches.

  The Largest BOE File Ever Compiled!

  watchtower body of elder letters:.. this pdf file is the largest boe file ever compiled.

  it has been downloaded at least 30 times with no virus issues.

  the file is from 1905 to 2015 updated, and includes all the elder manuals from 1961 to 2010 at the bottom of the bookmarks.
