Any of you oldies out there remember me??????

i know it's been ages, busy living i guess.

but i thought i'ld drop in and say hello.. i sometimes read posts and ask misspeaches what's going on.

as i'm having the day off work today i decided to take the time to post a big 'hello ' to all my old friends on the forum, and also to the new members here.. nothing much has changed for me and my family.

Me and my feet - the good and the bad news

well a few have asked how i am doing so i thought i would just give y'all the bad and good.. the bad news:.

i'm still in pain.

after all the tests: blood, xray, bone scans, ultrasound, mri, circulation tests, nerve conduction tests they still can't find one thing wrong.

I surely hope they/you find a solution.

This all is simular to what a friend of mine has to endure.

At the moment she is with a manual therapeut for podo-orthesiologie, who found out that one of her legs is slightly shorter then the other one - so he gave her custom made orthotics and adviced her to take glucosamine. Seems it is helping a bit: she is sleeping better.

What medicine did your Dr subscribe to you ? Deze foto afdrukken...

to day my doorbell ringed, on opening two gentleman excused themselves for ringing.

they did it by accident and saw to late that they were'nt allowed to do so.. i was very surprised ans asked (stupid of me) why aren't you not allowed to ring at my door ?.

they were jehovah's whitnesses and told me i am on a"not-calling" list.... .

I not only saw it, I have it... Ayaan Hirsi Ali is leaving Dutch politics (she misled the government when she opted for asylum in the Netherlands, lied about her age and her wedding - as a result, her passport is probably no longer valid.) I read that she is going to the USA to be part of some intelligence-group (don't know the exact term for it in English)

Lisa, no I did'nt recognize them: they were both from another cong (which I should belong to - but which I never visited)

Gumby: actually one of the elders of this cong is an old acquaintance (and the one who dunked me) he and his wife were visiting me last week, and having coffee (in ordinary mugs) he is delivering each time the Awake and Watchtower. My daughter wants the magazins for her graduation on "American 19th decennia sects"

and no, as far as I know, I only did fade.... cos I still have friends whom I want to be able to talk too.

My daughter Viv - who used to live at my place (while I was living at my mom's place for 10 years) however IS disfellowshipped.
