It will get better with time. I've been out 20 years now and I'm amazed I was ever part of this Cult!

As much as I really Hate this religion and the way they separate families, I Couldn't Imagine someone stealing from the Collections. But then again, I never thought anyone would molest children. I never thought there were some who were JWs (Men) because it made them feel powerful. I suppose anything is possible and I wouldn't be suprised.

This is a wonderful place to come for support. There is a Big World out here and it's not as bad as you've been taught.

It really is sad for the family. What a horrible thing to live with.

Just goes to show you Jehovah's Witnesses aren't the only ones screwed up. I felt especially sad for the young girls. Sad.

Is it My Imagination ?
by LoverOfTruth inis is my imagination so many young jws are dropping dead and no autopsies are done?

It's been a tough day. Still hard to imagine he is not here. Strange thing is, He's been in my thoughts recently; that makes it even more difficult. I have another JW friend I haven't seen in many years. This situation makes me see the importance of making contact soon. I will most likely write a letter to her. She was special to me too.
I really don't know if the WT had anything to do with Mike's death.(Boy that seems strange to say "Death!") I know he didn't embrace the religion as so many others do. He was extremely intelligent and thought independently. (At least that's how he was when I last saw him)
By the way, "Spunk" simply means Zest or Impishness. He was like ex-JWs here on the forum. I'm amazed he was able to go back to the JW life. I doubt it was wholehearted.

Your eating habits
by greendawn intell us about your eating habits, are you health conscious do you avoid synthetic additives in food such as artificial flavours and preservatives and generally all processed food, are you vegetarian, vegan, do you buy organic food out of fear of pesticides, do you eat too much, do you go on diets often etc .
i was shocked to read somewhere that 90% of the food americans eat is processed.
it saves time using such food but....

I know I need to eat better and take supplements. My daughters check out my medicine chest regularly to see if I've got the right stuff in there.
