  Food poisoning - I'll pass on the chicken, next time!!!

  well, yesterday i suffered my first case of food poisoning.. i had a meal with friends (about 12 of us), and myself and one of the lassies had chicken, whilst everyone else had lamb.. three hours later, the two of us ended up violently sick, and she was rushed to hospital because of complications with diabetes.. so, i've taken the day off work, as i didn't sleep much last night, and have just been sipping water for nearly 24 hours.

  if needs be, i'll take tomorrow off, too.. i'm back off to bed.

  so what annoys you the most?.

  i can't stand when people don't use their turn signals and then jump in front of you and make you slam on your brakes.

  i try to refrain from road rage but i do cuss under my breath.

  i saw my uncle sell their house..... only later to feel and look like idiots.

  i remember all the buzz about the end coming around my own house.

  since i was a naturally inqusitive child (the question why is not good for theocratic advancement) i was made to feel stupid for questioning, even at 7 and 8 years old.

  What do you hate about your job?

  normally i love my job, but at 4.50am this morning my alarm went off for me to get ready for work and i hated it so much.

  i've been off for 2 weeeks, and my first shift back is a 1ohr shift on a sunday morning.

  its enough to make me wish i was getting up for a meeting instead!!!

  Right now I am working as a physical therapist in a nursing home. It is not my responsibility, but I find more often that not, I end up taking patients to the bathroom during therapy. I hate wiping someone elses behind. Aside from that its a great job.

  why is it when so many of you have left the "oh so illusrious" organization, want to have possesion of their publications?

  unless, as far as i can figure, you are still somewhat enthralled, dazzed and confused with what they have to say.

  Red witch I can relate with your views. I don't see the need in holding onto wts pubilcations. I am done debating wts issues with people. Been there and done that, while I was in the org. I am at a different place in my life now. Keep in mind that many people here are also at different points in their lives and may have a specific reasons to hold onto literature. I can respect their viewpoint as well. Take Care
