by Wasanelder Once inok, i"ve been injecting this stuff for a few days, (4) and my fasting b. sugar has come down to about 186 from 389.... that's a start.
i still haven't been to the gym, i still feel crappy.
i have altered my diet and know that something good is happening to my body.

What impact did the internet have on your decision to leave the JW's?

on another thread, a co says that sites like these don't have much impact on their numbers.. personally i didn't leave because of this site or any other xjw site.. i was unhappy and felt that something was wrong and this site confirmed what i felt.. how about you?

I don't really see that in my area, but where I live work ethics are pretty high. We are kind of backwards I guess.
But travelling I've experience this and would like to crack the heads of those types of clerks. -

Yates verdict

she will be sent to a mental facility instead of prison where in time, and after therapy, she may in all liklihood be reintegrated into society at some point.

for a year now i have been dealing with some overwhelming problems..........and while doing that neglected other things and now they have come to a head as a problem.. i was driving and thinking............if i only had gone to the meetings this past year and a half.............and maybe if i start going again......things will get better........ it soon went away...........but did that nag at you in the back of your mind.......and if it did........how long did it last?.

How long have you been out of meetings? I really think with me it took 2 1/2 to 3 years to really really clear the mind and start back upward. After the first 1 1/2 the fog started to lift.
I was really pulled by the fellowship. Lots of friends and a strong feeling I wouldn't or couldn't make ones like it outside the cong. That tug was real and left me feeling empty.
For what it's worth, I have some good friends now who won't shun me. -

Dell Laptop and Direct TV receiver died same week
by garybuss inmy dell inspiron 8500 that i bought new in june 2003 had 4 motherboards and one memory card replaced under warranty.
warranty expired in june, last month, and yup!
motherboard failed again, monday july 10. .

Gary, this might sound dumb but measure your voltage on your AC outlet. A friend had some similar issues and I found his voltage to be 132vac due to a transformer being faulty on his pole.
The electric company went good for it all. -

Scuba Diving - advice please.
